MEET THE TEAM
Angela comes to Parks from a successful career as the founding principal and broker of Urban Abode, a boutique real estate division specializing in urban neighborhoods. She has 15 years of experience in real estate and is a member of The National Association of Realtors and The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.
Angela has successfully represented Nashville and Atlanta based developers as a sales and marketing consultant on many of Nashville’s most notable high-rises and infill projects including Viridian, Encore and Bennie Dillon. Her experience includes pre-sales to full contract conversion, on-site sales and marketing, unit mix and floor plan analysis and land procurement. Throughout her 15 years of experience, she has been involved in sales representing in excess of $400 million in the luxury high-rise market.
In addition to representing and consulting with developers, Angela has personal experience with in-fill development where she has purchased property and rededicated the use for the betterment of a neighborhood.
Angela earned her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Tennessee. She chose a career in real estate because of the many facets that it offers and believes that it all starts with a vision, goal, or dream which she is eager to help her clients accomplish.

She chose to join Parks because of the tools and resources that are available for her clients, believing that the diverse marketing options and market share that Parks exhibits in Middle Tennessee is above and beyond. She brings her brand Abode with her and hopes to help her clients live a “Life Uncompromised.”
“I believe the word ‘abode’ is a warm connotation of home and that one can live a life where hard work, passion, and dreams can culminate a comfortable lifestyle,” she says.
Angela is originally from Georgia, but has resided in Franklin with her husband, Brian and their two children, Carlisle and Cole. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys traveling, boating, hiking, and spending time with her busy children.
Nichole Holmes entered the real estate industry with strong sales and marketing background as well as, a family history tied to real estate, commercial construction and land development.
Hailing from Illinois, Nichole moved to Nashville after earning her Communications degree from Southern Illinois University and began working in television. She spent six years in front of the camera working as a show host at a national shopping network where she generated millions of dollars in sales annually. She can still be seen hosting local talk shows and in the occasional commercial.
Nichole currently sits on the Board of Trustees of R.L. Holmes & Associates. The family owned and operated commercial construction company that has been in business since 1915. What was started by her Great Grandfather as a brick and block manufacturing company grew over the years into a thriving commercial construction company and land development company in her home state of Illinois.
“Anything I’ve ever learned about business and dealing with the public is directly related to how my parents interacted with their clients. When I was younger, I loved perching myself right outside the conference room door and listening to the negotiations happening just on the other side of it!”
Nichole started her career selling luxury condos in mixed use buildings in the downtown area of Nashville. She still enjoys working on projects starting from the ground up and loves the connections and relationships that develop when working on a project from start to finish with a developer. She feels selling luxury condos is her expertise since cutting her teeth at Terrazzo, located in the Gulch in 2009.
Nichole is very excited to bring her sales and marketing experience and nearly 10 years of Real Estate experience to Parks. Nichole is looking forward to working for her clients and finding them the perfect place to call home.
Missy came to the real estate industry after a successful career in the fashion industry as a model and spokesperson. She has worked as a Realtor in the Nashville area market since 2006 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and of Greater Nashville Realtors.
While growing up in Richmond, Virginia, Missy spent many hours with her architect father, studying and reviewing historic houses, which led to an interest in and an appreciation for the design and creation of beautiful homes. After graduating from Mary Baldwin College with degrees in English and Communications, Missy moved to Nashville and has made it her home since.
Missy has worked successfully in both the new construction market and in the residential resale market, with special emphasis on the luxury condo sector of the market. She has worked on numerous new construction condo projects in Nashville, including The Enclave at Hillsboro Village, Fifth and Main, and Terrazzo in the Gulch. Her experience in this arena encompasses all phases of new construction, from pre-sales and marketing through to closing. “Working on a project from start to finish is immensely gratifying. It gives our team an opportunity to invest completely in the developer’s vision and to contribute to the success of the finished product.”

Missy has been active in the volunteer community in Nashville by contributing her time and efforts to organizations such as Nashville Adult Literacy Council, Oasis Center, Nashville Humane Association, Habitat for Humanity, Nashville Cares, YWCA’s Domestic Violence Program, YMCA’s We Build People, The Community Foundation, The Brooks Fund, and the Boulevard Bolt. She is an avid reader, oenophile, and cook.
